WHAT IS A wedding COORDINATOR?

From managing timelines, decorations, logistic questions to coordinator vendors and handling last minute adjustments. They are by the couples side from time of booking they can enjoy every moment of the day knowing it is taken care of by her team. They personalize every couples experience based off their wedding style and needs.

Emily and her team spend months with their couples having unlimited contact to answer any questions the couple might have about planning and assisting to create the perfect customized timeline for their couples. They will be your best friend in the planning process! There is no lenght they won't go to ensure your big day goes smoothly!


WHAT DOES A COORDINATOR PACKAGE INCLUDE?

Each package is completely customizable based on venue, location, and needs of the couple. Please reach out to our team for a custom quote. Our packages usually include(but are not limited too) the following:

  • Custom wedding day timeline 

  • Up to 10 hours of service from coordinator on day of 

  • Assistant to main coordinator included for up to 10 hours

  • Assist with photographer to get all of your “shot list” requests

  • Direct bridal party and family for pictures

  • Coordination with vendors day of to ensure they are on schedule

  • Assist with anything additional vendors, venue and guests might need the day of

  • Assisting to ensure all guests have a seat

  • Ceremony and reception line up coordination

  • Ensuring timeline is on schedule for the day

  • Point person for questions from vendors, venue and guests the day of

  • Unlimited contact via email/phone from contract date

  • Provide vendors and venue any final payments/gratuities for couple

  • Ensuring the setup of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception location are per couples wishes/vision

  • Setup: signage, name cards, centerpieces, gift box/guest book, sweetheart table, menus, favors, memorial table, etc.

  • Situational and crisis management 

  • (2-3) virtual meetings prior to wedding day (In addition to initial consult and final walk through)

  • Attend final walk through at your venue

  • Assist Bride, Groom and Bridal Party

  • Emergency kit for you and your bridal party


what is partial planning?

Partial Planning is an add on to any of our coordinator packages. It allows us to be a little more involved in the planning process. Some benefits it includes are:

  • unlimited email communication

  • monthly planning meetings up to 6 months before wedding day

  • attendance to final calls with vendors via phone/zoom

  • custom timeline

  • monthly planning meetings up to 6 months before wedding day

  • main point of contact for all vendors up to 2 weeks before wedding day


What is the cost?

Every package is tailored to the needs of the client! Majority of our clients spend between $1,200 and $1,900.
